In 2015, Bulelani founded the Township Entrepreneurs Alliance (TEA) to create a platform for township entrepreneurs to access resources, training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The alliance aims to empower small business owners and start-ups by providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed. TEA hosts regular workshops, seminars, and networking events that bring together successful business leaders and township entrepreneurs.

Through his work with TEA and other initiatives, he continues to make significant contributions to the growth and development of township entrepreneurship in South Africa. His efforts are focused on creating a supportive ecosystem that enables aspiring entrepreneurs to thrive and succeed.
